Custom Installation Support & Maintenance

Following the enjoyable Demonstration with all your family we do not say goodbye.

We do however leave, as much as we do not want to, and allow you and your family to use your new Smart Home.  We are always available on the telephone to answer any "How do I do that again...?" questions.  

We also arrange, if needed, a second visit within the first month.  During this visit we answer any questions you have and will happily re-demonstrate any part of your new Smart Home.  Also, during this visit we will FREE of charge implement any "soft" changes you may want, for example, names of settings, buttons, etc.

What happens if there is a problem?

We all live with technology on a daily basis and we accept nothing is ever 100% reliable (except us, of course).  To give you total peace of mind, should you have a problem within the first 12 months we will provide FREE on-site support (terms and conditions apply).  

Depending on the systems chosen we may be able to rectify any problem remotely ensuring you are back enjoying your Smart Home as soon as possible.

What happens if there is a problem after 12 months?

We want you to enjoy your Smart Home for many years to come and not just one year.  So we offer a range of Service Plans to ensure your enjoyment and possible enjoyment of your future generations continues.

Bronze

 

  •  Regular Proactive Monitoring service where implemented
  •  On-site response within 5 working days (24 hours for “life critical”) if unable to fix remotely
  •  No call out charge subject to fair useage
  •  Labour included
  •  One preventative service visit per annum

 

Silver

 

  •  Regular Proactive Monitoring service where implemented
  •  On-site response within 2 working days (24 hours for “life critical”) if unable to fix remotely
  •  No call out charge subject to fair useage
  •  Labour included
  •  Two preventative service visits per annum

 

Gold

 

  •  Regular Proactive Monitoring service where implemented
  •  On-site response within 24 hours (24 hours for “life critical” functionality) if unable to fix remotely
  •  No call out charge subject to fair useage
  •  Labour included
  •  Two preventative service visits per annum
  •  Includes consumables (lamps, batteries)

 

Platinum

 

  •  Regular Proactive Monitoring service where implemented
  •  On-site response within 24 hours (24 hours for “life critical” functionality) if unable to fix remotely
  •  No call out charge subject to fair useage
  •  Labour included
  •  Two preventative service visits per annum
  •  Includes consumables (lamps, batteries) 
  •  Includes replacement parts but excludes “pre-wire” cabling and damage or breakage through misuse, incorrect operation, wear and tear.
